    Maca is a POWERHOUSE SUPERFOOD rich in amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Why not blend it with KT? Alone it stands as a single flavoring which my sensitive digestive system handles. Together following THE BIG BOOK OF KOMBUCHA, page 210, "Banana Maca," Flavor Inspiration it is delectable! Very scrumptious!

    I got this mainly for the endocrine system benefits. In addition to the alkaloids mentioned in the description, it has most of the nutrients the thyroid needs.
    The flavor is wonderful. It’s similar to graham crackers but without the gluten.
    maca + berries and/or fruit + small amounts of vanilla bean, cinnamon chips & ginger = liquid pie.
    I let this mixture second ferment for one or two days and the taste would make Jones Soda Co. jealous. The maca mellows the zippiness of kombucha and finishes out the pie-ish flavors by adding a piecrust-ish finish.
    I’m happy I decided to try maca.
