ChouAmi™ is your trusted friend for fermented foods or beverages in small batches with ease and style. This fermentation kit is perfect for small brewing batches of Water Kefir. Milk Kefir, and Sourdough. Use on-the-go and ferment wherever and whenever.

All ChouAmi™ parts are made of high-quality stainless steel which are dishwasher safe, non-reactive to salt or acid, and built-to-last. It is paired with the Le Parfait Wiss Terrine Mason Jar and the Le Parfait Screw Top Jar with a 100mm diameter opening.
