Fearless Fermenting by Austin Durant

Austin Durant is a fermentation educator and founder of Fermenters Club, a community-driven initiative dedicated to teaching the art and benefits of fermented foods.
Since 2011, Austin has led hundreds of workshops on everything from sauerkraut and kimchi to Kombucha and sourdough. He shares his passion through hands-on classes, corporate events, online courses, and recipes on the Fermenters Club Website.
Austin has organized large-scale fermentation festivals, collaborated with UC San Diego microbiome researchers, and presented at national conferences. Fearless Fermenting is his first book. When he’s not fermenting, Austin enjoys gardening, yoga, and exploring the mysteries of the cosmos.
