You can earn one point for every dollar spent on the subtotal, excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping fees.

Your points will expire if there is no activity in your account for 12 months. 

To receive birthday points, you must make a purchase of at least $1. If you sign up on the same day as your birthday, you will not receive birthday points until the following year.

Points are awarded to the customer who purchased the gift card, not the recipient. The recipient will receive points if they use an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance of their order.

Points are not awarded to guest checkouts. Make sure you are registered and signed in to your account before placing your order to earn points.

No, points cannot be transferred between accounts. We recommend using one account for ease of access to rewards and order history.

To redeem a free gift, you need to have at least one paid item in your cart. Free gifts cannot be sent with free shipping items like kits and digital goods.

When you redeem a free gift, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account once your order status is marked as complete.

Shipping fees for reward items are based on the weight of the package and the destination. If you are outside the lower 48 states, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note that tax-exempt customers are not eligible for the Handcrafted Rewards Program, and wholesale and special orders do not earn points. Contact customer service if you have any questions or concerns.
