How Much Is Too Much to Drink

This question is common and makes sense in the current world we live in. Pumped full of propaganda and conflicting information, it’s easy to be fearful of the unknown. Add a host of autoimmune diseases and “unknown” ailments with no diagnosis and it is easy to feel scared of consuming fermented foods. “Will they make me feel worse? Can they hurt me?”

Remember that ferments are FOOD just like peas, peaches or peacock (who eats that?!). So ask yourself, how much broccoli should you eat? How much pieces of bacon? After a bit, your body will let you know that it’s had enough by feeling satiated. In fact, the entire reason we consume any food or drink in the first place is to gather the nutritional inputs that our organism needs to thrive. This concept can also be applied to our fermentation cultures – when we give them what THEY need nutritionally and environmentally, they will manifest infinite abundance! Your health is the same way – give your body what it needs (not what the diet book or latest food trend tells you) and monitor how it responds. We encapsulate this philosophy into our motto “Trust YOUR gut!”
