Kefir Cheese makes a delicious base for a variety of different dips. This is a quick one that we like to whip up. Feel free to experiment using your own fresh herbs and favorite flavors. The garlic will impart a more robust flavor the longer the dip sits. Serve with fresh veggies, pita chips or your favorite dipping nosh.
Supplies
- 2 cups kefir cheese
- Handful of fresh herbs – thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil – chopped fine
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Recipe
- Combine ingredients until smooth.
- Season to taste.
