Yield 2 cups

Supplies

  • 1 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1 1/8 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar (see recipe p.22)
  • 1-quart glass jar w/lid

 

Recipe

  1. Combine honey and vinegar in glass jar. 
  2. Stir vigorously to mix completely.
  3. Store at room temperature or in the fridge.
  4. Consume straight or combine with freshly chopped garlic, elderberries or other suitable herbs whenever cold symptoms occur.
