Supplies
- ¼ cup ginger bug (see recipe p. 27)
- 1 tablespoon Root Beer Syrup (see recipe p. 31)
- ⅛ cup lime juice (optional)
- 1 quart glass jar w/cloth cover & rubber band

Recipe
- Combine all ingredients in the glass jar and cover with the cloth and secure with the rubber band.
- Allow to ferment on the counter for 1-3 days. Look for bubbles forming and taste.
- Once it has a flavor you enjoy, strain to remove debris and store in tightly capped bottles to retain the fizz.
