Form and function unite in Kombucha Kamp’s latest creation – the USA Handmade Stoneware Crock. Crafted with loving care by our master potter in the woods of Northern California, the Kombucha Kamp Artisanal Stoneware Crock is an original design made in the USA from all natural materials which provides the ideal brewing conditions for Continuous Brew JUN. Every detail has been considered: wide shoulders provide ample room for strong, healthy SCOBY growth, gently sloping sides encourage spent yeast collection, the spigot is placed high enough to permit easy dispensing while helping to prevent over draining. A brew-safe Stainless Steel spigot upgrade, which provides style and increased flow at decanting time, is already included with your vessel! The lead free glaze and all natural materials will not leach any toxins into your Kombucha so you can brew with confidence.

Plus the crock is customizable! Choose from many different glaze colors or combos plus the option to personalize your vessel with “Kombucha” or other engraving. Each piece is numbered and engraved on the bottom with the Kombucha Kamp motto “Trust Your Gut.”

JUN Tea Continuous Brew Option

JUN Tea is another delicious fermented tea option and can be done as a Continuous Brew. Because JUN can mature faster than Kombucha, it is even easier to have plenty of fresh brew on hand. Although JUN is a cousin of Kombucha, all the basic concepts of Continuous Brew will apply, meaning that set up, SCOBY care, maintenance and more are essentially identical. The main differences are that JUN requires 100% RAW honey for brewing, is best when made with green tea, and can be brewed at a slightly lower temperature for a shorter time. If you select the JUN option, your kit will include 2 JUN Cultures, 100% Raw honey, and our Green Goddess Tea Blend for perfect JUN or Kombucha. The JUN Cultures work well with either the RAW honey we provide or your own local 100% RAW honey.
