The PBL30 30-gallon Drum Heating Blanket from PowerBlanket is a specially designed insulated band-style heater tailored to fit 30-gallon drums. Operating at 120 volts AC, it draws 2.33 amps, producing 280 watts of power. Equipped with a preset thermostat, it maintains a maximum temperature of up to 145 ºF / 63 ºC (± 10º F/5º C).

In various applications, one band on the drum may run cooler than 145 °F due to partial coverage. Adding a second PBL30 above the first band can decrease heating time and increase maximum temperature.
